Returns & Refund Policy (Legal Stuff) at Cribbs & Co. is designed, to be honest, clear and fair to all customers. A full 30 day no quibble returns policy is given on all non personalised orders. If returning goods please make sure that all labels are still attached and clothing is sent back unwashed/worn.
Returns Policy
As much as we hope that you have no reason to return the goods you buy, we understand that things happen and minds change. Below you will find our quick and simple Returns and Refund Policy. Our full returns policy is included in our customer service information section, you will find this at the bottom of every page. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for personalised items unless we have made a mistake. Please check for any spelling mistakes before you complete your order.
Returns if you change your mind.
If you change your mind for any reason we are happy for you to return your goods, in the same unworn condition, with tags still attached the way they were sold, within 30 days of the purchase date for non personalised items. If you would like to return your items for this reason please use the contact us page with return as the subject heading. We will reply within 48hrs advising how to do this.
Returns if goods are faulty.
All goods are quality checked before they are delivered to the store, then quality checked before they are shipped to you. Things can be missed and we apologise unreservedly if you receive any faulty goods. Please use the contact us page with faulty goods as the subject heading within 30 days of purchase date. We aim to reply within 48hrs advising on how to return.

Refunds if you change your mind.
We will refund the cost of goods only, not postage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. If goods are received in the same unworn condition they were sold to you with tags still attached, a full refund of the amount of the goods will be refunded within 5 working days to the same payment method you used.
Any postage costs will not be refunded. We strongly advise you to send your item(s) back, tracked so you have proof of postage, as refunds are not issued until we receive the item(s) back.
