Shipping and Delivery Information

In-stock and non-customised items.
We aim to ship all orders received before 11am the same day. (Monday to Friday) All orders received after 11am, Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day. Standard delivery (£2.99) and free delivery (for orders over £20.00) will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (£9.99) free for orders £80.00 and over, your order must be received before 11am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped as soon as possible.

Royal Mail will email and or text you details of your tracking number and your package progress. You can track your order through Royal Mail Tracking.
Bank holidays and the festive season can delay orders, please allow extra time during these periods.
Shipping and delivery information for made to order and customised items.
Made-to-order and customised orders take longer to process. Everything is done in-house by the owner. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be made/customised.
Timescales for the postage option you select at checkout will start from completing your order. If you choose Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm (£9.99 or free for orders £80.00 and over) the next day, it will be the day after your order is completed not the day after you order that you receive your items.
For example, if you place an order at 10 am on a Monday, your order will be completed at the latest Thursday morning and dropped off at the Post office the same day. You should receive your order on the Friday. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
The same applies to Standard shipping, free shipping (for orders £20.00 and over) when your order contains made-to-order or customised items.
